Will I receive a physical product?

No. Products sold through TurboAccountant are delivered electronically. No physical package is shipped unless specifically stated on the product page.

How will I receive my order?

License information is delivered to the email address provided during checkout after the order has been processed and verified.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once processing is complete, license information is generally delivered within 24 hours by email.

What should I do if I do not receive my license key?

First, check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders. If you still cannot locate the email, contact our support team and we will assist you.
