How Delivery Works
TurboAccountant sells digital accounting software license keys. After your order is successfully placed and reviewed, your license information is delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.
Because our products are digital, we do not use postal shipping carriers and no physical package will be sent.

Orders can be placed at any time through our website.
Orders placed outside business hours may be reviewed on the next business day.
Handling Time
Orders are reviewed and prepared for digital delivery within 2 business days.
Digital Transit Time
Once processing is complete, license information is typically delivered by email within 24 hours.
Delivery Cost
Digital delivery is free. TurboAccountant does not charge any shipping, delivery, handling, or fulfillment fees beyond the product price shown at checkout.
Delivery Destination
License keys are delivered electronically by email to the address entered at checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering a valid and accessible email address when placing an order.
If You Do Not Receive Your License Key
If your license key has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your spam, junk, promotions, or updates folders first.
If you still cannot locate the email, contact us and our support team will help verify your order and resend the delivery information when appropriate.
